Denver Employees Retirement Plan (DERP) is a comprehensive provider of retirement benefits, programs, and services on behalf of the City and County of Denver, serving over 20,000 active and retired members annually.  Realizing that DERP members had little understanding about their pension benefit, and wanted more assistance with retirement planning and readiness, DERP hired Sector Brands to transform their brand to make it more contemporary, engaging, relevant and member-centric. Using insights from our robust research process, Sector Brands redesigned the DERP brand experience to engage members with information and guidance across their careers. A new brand architecture more clearly presented all of the valuable benefits available. The new brand platform Powering Your Future, Together repositions DERP as a partner to both members and the City, while their fresh brand identity, communications, and member-centric website empower members to take a more active role in building, planning and living a secure retirement future.
